25 Things About Me
1) I hate people who talk loudly on cell phones in public and refuse to do that. As a result I very rarely answer my phone. If you have something to say to me send a text.
2) I don’t believe that people should have more than one child each (two per couple).
3) I’m a native Tucsonan who actually likes living here.
4) I’m obsessed with maintaining my manicure and have to force myself not to focus on other people’s nails when I’m talking to them.
5) The History Channel is on 90% of the time that I’m at home.
6) I could (and have) watch all the Thin Man moves in a row several times.
7) If loving Kathy Griffin is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
8) I hate camping. I work hard to have a house. I have no intention if going out into the woods and pretending I don’t have a house on my days off.
9) I have an Einstein action figure on my desk.
10) I talk to my dog, but I don’t expect him to answer or really understand what I’m saying.
11) I cut my own hair, do my own taxes, tailor my own clothes and groom my dog myself. I just can’t stand the idea of paying someone for something I can do myself.
12) I read a book a week on average and am often reading two books at once (one at home, one while riding the bus).
13) People often assume that I’m nicer than I actually am.
14) I go through earbuds at an alarming pace. A pair every other month
15) I’m terrible at remembering names, but almost never forget a face.
16) I’m rabid about recycling. It pisses me off when I see people throwing away easily recyclable things (aluminum cans, white paper, etc.).
17) I have to stifle the urge to kick strangers several times a day.
18) I will not buy another car until alternative fuel is the norm. Yes, I’m aware that I probably have a while to wait.
19) I clip coupons and follow store sales religiously. It’s not unusual for me to save $60-80 off my grocery bill.
20) I still pin posters to my walls.
21) I’m addicted to Gunnerkrigg Court.
22) I would like to only buy locally, but my budgets forces me to rely on big box and chain grocery stores.
23) I swore that I would never have a facebook or twitter account. Now I have both.
24) I love (Lil)Green Patch, but wish they’d fix their code already.
