I apologies for the poor quality of this video, but the battery in my Flip died and I had to capture this drumming group celebrating Obama’s Inagruation in a different way at the Ronstadt Transit Center. This is Batucaxé a nonprofit community percussion group. A couple of the dancers came with the group. The rest? They were just hanging out, waiting for a bus. Honestly, I had more fun watching them than guzzling drinks at Congress. Of course, I was a couple of drinks down by then so… I’ll upload more video and pictures tomorrow. Now I’m going to bed.
