Every Wednesday there’s a Farmers Market (which is sort of a misnomer because we’re lucky if we get two people selling produce) on Pennington Street. In the afternoon the kettle korn stand always throws the left over corn into the dirt path in Jacome Plaza for the birds and by the time I’m walking to the bus the path is covered with little bird footprints. I’ve always thought the pattern was quite lovely.
