Apparently, Gordo is unaware that Sotomayor won’t be the first woman on the bench. She won’t even be the first woman on the Supreme Court bench! In fact, women have been acting as judges in various courts since 1870 and Sandra Day O’Connor was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1981. Crazy, right? Ugh!
